Wowzers!!!!!! Thisplayer IS %100 region free despite what You've read. Place disc in tray,leave tray open. Then press color button for the region you desire,then press play,walla. Do not close tray,play button will automatically do it

My nephew and his wife (who is from France) like it very much.

My 4k player arrived today. It plays my region b disc in 4k with no problem. I don't use Netflix, so I don't bother with the app.
