I'm a small and it is slightly snug true to size. I love the fabric and the length has a nice crop will not cover your belly button. Super cute front cut with a couple buttons to show a little more. The top is not transparent like a sheer nightie for example, but it will definitely show everything without a bra! I would honestly recommend adding 1 size for the bra and I would re-order a Med if I intended to wear outside :) around the house at night it is too cute, and the S is perfect.
