I bought this nitro pill holder for my husband in 2016 and the chain finally wore out. Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Amazon still had the same one! Looks like a real bullet and small enough to carry the 3 pills he carries. Also has a 28" chain.

I've had this for two and a half years now. I wear it constantly around my neck and I don't take it off in the shower and the Nitro has been absolutely fine in it. I lost it for a couple of weeks. I found it on the ground in my tire track. I park in this spot once or twice a week so I've been driving over it. It's been a particularly rainy couple of weeks. The Nitro is still fine inside and the case is not damaged. I need something better and the beaded neck chain for dog tags. I try to keep five aspirin on me in this case is far too small for that. It does however fit 8 Nitro. Sometimes they get stuck. You have to tap the case on something hard that may not always be the best for everyone especially in an emergency. I have not yet found a case that Nitro doesn't get stuck in unless it's the original bottle but that leaves a lot of space for the Nitro to bang around in and break up. Overall a good case sturdy and waterproof and if you don't fill it full you may do better with the pills sticking.

I bought the 0.27 inch diameter Mini Pill Fob to hold aspirin to chew in the event of a heart attack.I tried a various brands of 81 mg. aspirin, but the only brand that I found that did fit were so tight that I could not get them out again. I had to crush them to remove them. Which is when I decided that I liked the unit. After all, you are supposed to chew the aspirin so that it works faster than swallowing it whole. Now I crush the aspirin into a powder, pour it into the container, and presto... eliminate the need for chewing.Hopefully I will never need to use it, but if I do it will be fast acting!

If you take medications that are tiny like I do then this is the most convenient way to carry it. With how small these little container is it will never get in your way and you will always have it with you.It came with a silver chain and an extra o ring. I decided to put it on my keys that get carried with me everyday instead of using it as a necklace. I take two really tiny pills and I cut them in half taking them morning and night. I was able to fit both morning and night meds in here and still have a little room to spare.The cap on the container screws on very securely and is airtight. I have no worries of losing my medications or the bullet container itself.This is TINY though. It won't be worth the purchase if you take huge horse pills.You can tell how little it is on my keyring. The keys are just standard house keys and it isn't even as long as they are.

I have severe anxiety and wanted something to carry my anxiety meds with me EVERYWHERE at all times. This product is perfect. I got the mini and it fits two of my 1mg xan pills. I tested it’s waterproof abilities and it is 100% waterproof. I bought a sterling silver chain so i Could wear it daily because the ball chain that comes with it surely would’ve broken out my sensitive skin with consistent wear. All in all this is a great product.

I need to carry a rescue medication with me in case of emergencies. This gave me a nice way to carry it without carrying around a pill bottle or keeping a loose pill in my pocket (and thus losing one to the washing machine every couple weeks). As a competitive pistol shooter, something pretty accurately resembling a 9mm round was a fun addition to my keychain, too.Or at least, it was. One day it wasn't on my keychain anymore. Somewhere out there, there's what looks like a live round of ammunition that contains medicine. I wouldn't trust this for anything important.

Looks great. Completely waterproof. If you travel a lot, beware of the security screening at airports. Mine was taken away because it was a "replica" of a bullet, and even after the police looked at it and cleared it, the security people didn't let me pass with it. I had to dispose of it and carry my medication in a paper tissue. Later I needed to buy another one but shaped differently.

For me, this is the very best nitroglycerin holder. It will just hold 3 81mg coated aspirin and 3 nitro tablets. I use the supplied chain, which just slips over my head, and wear it day and night. The Ti very quickly warms to skin temperature, and becomes almost totally unobtrusive to wear. This is a true titanium alloy device, which as an effectively non-reactive metal, does not react with the medicine or your skin. Especially good for those with metals allergies. The "bullet" styling may not appeal to some, but I will live with it for the other qualities.
