Perfect
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a small dermal to use on my dogs nails. This was perfect and not very loud which is huge. Comes with all kinds of attachments and a nice little case to keep them all in. I love that our is cordless and holds a charge well.

A nice new option. Lightweight and easy to use.
Lightweight and quieter than the other hardell 4v rotary tools that have the same features. I have a few hardell and other popular brand mini rotary tools like this and for a while the original hardell 4v rotary tool with led light (the one that is listed as #1 best seller) was my favorite. Once i seen this model was available i decided to try it out and its my preferred tool now. The shape is a bit more refined and is quieter. One thing that the other 4v hardell rotary tool does better is that the led light is brighter than this one’s is. Both tools are quiet at the first or second speed but the other hardell 4v rotary tool i have seems to make a lot of noise past the 2nd speed. This one just gradually increases in noise as the speed goes up. Both are nice tools but this is my preferred one now. This tool does save the speed setting that you used last which I really like, just like my other 4v hardell rotary tool. It would be nice if they could start making the tools with a separate button for the led light instead of pairing it together with the power button!! This tool also allows you to use it while it is charging which i always love

Good value.
Could use more power. Loads down easily but very useful overall.

Surpassed expectations - Will buy another as gift
I am not sure there is anything I don't like about this. I got it on sale but even for the original price this seems like a competent tool compared to something similar. Originally I was looking at a Bauer from Harbor Freight. However, that one was $50 on sale for $35 and only came with 40 pieces.I really liked that this one came with multiple cutting wheels as that was my primary use case for this. What probably put me over was the case everything can be easily stored in! Their other options in the lineup had a basic case for the tool and a separate case for accessories.I used this to hollow out a UPS unit to fit a bigger battery and thought I pushed this unit a bit going too fast at top speed, all it took was turning off and turning back on to resume work, and this didn't happen too frequently. Otherwise, it cut through the plastic like butter.I used the stainless steel cutter and a grinding bit to fine tune last bit and hard to reach/angle parts to file them away. You can see the outlets in the first picture that I cut in the second picture. Not pictured, the sides where the plastic is finning out was filed away down a bit to the screw hole on left and to between the screw holes on right.Super Minor Gripes - Mostly Marketing:The only even mildly to pick on here is the manual. There isn't much to it. Would like to see better labeling and pictures. It gives a list of the accessories and their use cases but would like to see a picture of the tool case that has letters next to each part in the case so when a beginner like me is looking for the mandrel to use for cutting it's much to the point and clear which to grab. They do say which in the manual in the back but comparing just pictures, I couldn't necessarily match it to a particularly bit easily. I figured it out through trial and error but the labeling would make this quicker to figure out! So minor that I am not even docking any stars.I think this might be better than their orange handle models, however, I will say I still don't understand how or if I got a better unit. They are so similarly priced with not a clear comparison graph I am not sure of all the differences in the models. This one was on sale same price as the orange handle models, but I am not sure if I actually got a better unit besides it comes wiht more accessories and goes a step faster.

Ok for price but does not fit regular sized rotary bits.
Bought this cordless rotary tool to help with sanding and burnishing leather edges. Lightweight and works fine but overall quality is a bit questionable. There are six speeds and the buttons indicating accelerate or slow down are flipped and wrongly labeled. Price for quality is alright, I guess. Doesn’t seem to indicate when it is fully charged. Very disappointed I can’t use regular sized bit shanks (~3mm) in it. Wish I had saved the money and bought the cordless Dremel instead but decided to keep as a backup and bc could be useful with notebook binding.

Hands down good deal
Much better than the name brand. I've tried both. Name brand was one speed, very simple. This has five speeds, a light, a carrying case, and many other accessories. Not to mention it was 30% cheaper.
