I’ve used this for a couple days now and I do have to say WOW! My body is pretty resistant to alot of things but I mixed it in a normal water bottle and shook it up and sipped on it like 7:30 pm and I could start to feel my body relaxing right away. I noticed I’ve had better sleep when drinking it before bed and I let my daughter (don’t judge lol) sip some and she had the same thing and woke up super refreshed. The flavor I got is super good, you shake it really well and it dissolves really good so you don’t get any weird chalky powdery taste. Overall I definitely recommend for to try!

I love the flavor. It really does taste like a Pina colada. My only complaint is that I can really taste the stevia leaf extract (sweetener). It leaves an after taste. Other than that, it's great. I do feel that it does help me calm down at night, I do get a better night's sleep and I no longer get leg cramps in the middle of the night. Do I feel less stressed or am I in a better mood? That would depend on what's going on and the time of the month.

I was very skeptical when first trying it but it seems to be helping me sleep and feel better, not going to lie the first week it did give me headaches but I stuck with it and I'm so far glad I did. Love the taste and it seems to be helping keep me better hydrated, I'm bad at making sure i drink plenty of water as a single mom of 2. Been adding chia seeds to it as well and liking it so far. Able to fall asleep faster and get better rest, I normally toss and turn at night but I have been noticing that I recall having to wake up in the night to turn over and waking up in the same position or slightly turned from how I fell asleep ie. Falling asleep on my side and waking up on my back. Been feeling good enough to get motivated to go to they gym more and I'm feeling better, will keep at it and hope to keep this review, if not add more later on down the road

Nello Supercalm is really helpful for a calming effect and helps me sleep a little better. This flavor is delicious and I love that they do not have artificial flavors. It mixes well. My only complaint is they are a bit pricey.

I have been using this product now for 6 months and am in love. I am a mom, grandma, wife and in my mid 40's, dealing with pre-menopausal symptoms and working full time. I have been a light sleeper my whole life, having to use a sound machine to try and sleep without being woken up. I often have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night multiple times and it is so hard for me to go back to sleep after doing so. HOWEVER, the Nello Supercalm has changed my life. I take a packet every night before bed, about 20-30 minutes before wanting to fall asleep, and I actually sleep through the night without being woken up by the cats or random noises around the house! This is a great sleep, y'all! I'm talking about a wake up in the morning feeling refreshed kind of sleep. I do not feel groggy at all the next day, regardless of what time I drink my powder. I take the packets with me on vacations and do not miss a night. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER. I have not received any free product and I do not work for the company or anything. Just a regular working woman who needs to get a good night's sleep. I encourage all of you to try it. Give it a solid week to see if it works for you. I know it is a bit pricey, but well worth it, and you deserve a great night's sleep! Some complain that the powder does not mix well. I like to mix it with just a little bit of water and then chug it. I also find that if you mix it and let it sit for a minute or two, it mixes better. I have tried most of the flavors and they are all good tasting. I'd say my favorite is the Blackberry Basil and my least favorite is the lemon lime. But there is not a flavor I would not use!

This supplement tastes great and provides relaxation but it also causes insomnia and excessive thirst. I am pretty pissed they market it so heavily as a sleep aid when some people have the opposite effect! Thankfully chatGPT was able to explain why this supplement is keeping me up at night. It’s causing insomnia and thirst because it’s mildly stimulating and circadian-shifting, not purely sedating. Specifically: • Ashwagandha (KSM-66) can be activating for some people → wired brain at night • High-dose L-theanine (400 mg) can increase mental alertness instead of calm • Vitamin D at bedtime can suppress melatonin and shift sleep timing • Magnesium + stevia/citric acid can increase thirst and fluid shifts Net effect: Your body feels calmer, but your brain stays “on”, and your fluid balance shifts → insomnia + thirst.

This drink tastes so good. Sometimes you will get a bag that is hard to mix into your water BUT that is not very often. When you get the perfect bag, they mix so well. I drink this every night before bed and helps relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. It does help with bloating and makes me feel so good the next morning. It has helped me be more relaxed and helps with my anxiety. I have been buying this for at least a year, and I love it and will continue to buy. I just wish for the price you get a 30-day supply instead of 20 days but other than that I love this product.

I bought this after seeing a few ads on social media. As someone with PCOS, I have felt so tired and fatigued and not wanting to do anything but give up. I wasn't sure if this would actually work but after using it for a 3 weeks, I have noticed a big difference for the good. First, my stomach is definitely flatter so part of my issues have been stress related. Second, I will say the relaxing portion of it has helped my anxiety lessen especially as a bride getting married this year. I have more focus during the day and have gotten much better quality sleep at night. I will say, the taste for me depends on how the powder dissolves. You need to mix it well and serve it cold. Then, it tastes rather refreshing. Give it a try for yourself as it has helped me feel overall like myself again.
