I want to particularly thank and dove off my hat for Jovi. Jovi handled an imminent complicated issue with ease. The customer service he provided was superb and commendable. I ordered a black and red leather chair but an entirely different chair was delivered. I was extremely disappointed. I just didn’t know how to return this large package to a shipment location by myself. I requested for a return, anxious, angry and frustrated. Jovi sensed my frustration and intervened. He offered to send me my desired chair at a discount and to also keep or donate the wrongly delivered chair. I commend him for his fast thinking and action to diffuse an imminent customer dissatisfaction. This is the type of guy you want to put in charge of your Company. Well done, Jovi. I bought two sets of this black and red leather living room furniture. They look great, firm and beautiful. I love the design. The size is just superb for my space. Just what I need for functionality.

I love my new couch! The material is a good quality. Assembly was easy. Customer service is very good. They reply fast and they follow through on their word. I liked my couch so much I ordered the loveseat. I should’ve bought the couch and loveseat combo to begin with. The love seat was shipped fast and I was able to get it at a discount.

I’ve had the set for a week and I love them. They are firm, very comfortable and they look great.
