I love the taste, but a bit pricey for me

Compared to the dark roast the blonde roast is completely aromatic, light and different. A great mid-day coffee to keep the energy flowing.

Great coffee !

This is my go to bean for at home espresso. It has a very mild/light choclate scent and flavor. Almost only noticable if you have another bean to compare it to. Of all starbucks beans these ones are the most consistent. My only issue is that the vaccuum seal isn't great when they arrive. However they still arrive fresh. The bean is a deep dark brown (almost black) and oily. Which I love. I love beans that look really oily I consider them to give the best flavor. The roast on these is i believe starbucks most consistent roast. Ive never had a bag smell burnt or look dry. (Ive tried their espresso labeled ones and those came more times then not smelling overly burnt, not oily and just not very fresh at alll These grind up very nicely to a fine "powder" for espresso in my eletric burr grinder. Because I onoy make mocha drinks at home I really love that these beans add an extra depth of choclate flavor to my drink (I've used other beans and when I do its always missing something and tastes off/not right) Im not a picky coffee drinker, I just happen to have a favorite coffee drink (2 long pull double shots, mocha flavored syrup, and half and half shaken up so its cold foam) these beans give me that perfect drink I love. Of all the beans starbucks offer i sugfest the caffe verona ones, if you like your coffee/espresso on the sweeter/less bitter side. Speaking of bitter, these beans are the least bitter ones I've come across, and any bitterness that does get through is easily neutralized with creamer (half and half in my case) I love the amount I get for the price and as that bag last me 4 weeks before jeeding to reorder. And thats using approx 18 - 20 grams of beans every morning

This has been .y favorite coffee for years. Bold flavor and enhanced with a bit of a good half & half. Fun fact: A darker roast has less caffeine than a lighter roast, which is probably why I find a lighter roast harder on my stomach. This is the perfect roast with whole bean freshness.
