This stuff has saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on pest control companies!! Permanently got rid of termites on more than one house that I've used it on. And I spray the perimeter of my house once a year and have almost no bug problems! I'll keep on buying this stuff.

Kills and keeps future worms away. All creepy crawlers (ants, beetles, worms) died quickly. But didn’t kill frogs and lizards in my yard which I was happy for. Weird to measure correct amount for large mixture but we now have plastic cup set aside marked at ratio. Have used two years in row and saved our yard where granular of other types didn’t work. Little pricy at first glance but way cheaper than new lawn!

Appears to be very effective against cockroaches, field and yard types, and other yard insects. Haven’t noticed much difference regarding ants, especially fire ants. Maybe a different concentration mix can be more effective. Can’t say for sure.

Wish I would've sprayed this on yard back when it was warmer. Was noticing all sorts of 'migrant' bugs coming in for the winter and went around the base of the house with heavy stream up against the brick (and in the little vent holes) and then a broadcast spray about 5-7' from house. USE a bandanna/Balaclava or respirator if your spraying in a fine mist, and maybe some exam gloves too. Or you can just spray as you walk into the breeze/wind. Don't forget about the Pets! Keep them off for a day or two. And if they do walk in it, wash their feeties before they get the chance to lick their paws. (or just spray in the late evening before bed time) We have a big problem with CHIGGERS! (Probably one of the worst Pestilence that I know of) So, I'll be adding this to my liquid fertilizers/lime in the spring. Don't know if this can be sprayed on/near fruit bearing trees or gardens in fall-winter though.. Thank you ***UPDATE*** Almost used the whole thing. NOW finding my sprayer is getting clogged pretty often. Well, the chemical is solidifying at the bottom. When you shake/mix it all these little HARD chips, that clog the nozzle of the sprayer. Well they stay suspended in the fluid, and when you mix with water they sink to be picked up by pickup tube. I thought that they would dissolve but NO. Even tried boiling water. NOPE. Unless I were to use a paint strainer I Won't be buying again.
