This product not worked the price I have not received any result from this product from 1 to 10 and 10 is the best I would say a 5

I have been taking this product for over a week now. It is not as bad to my tastebuds as I was led to believe. I have not had any adverse reactions. My daily morning elimination has improved a little. I am going to continue to take this daily until it is gone. After that I plan to wait and take it again in a few months. It wasn't clear whether this is something you take long term like I take my other vitamins.
