Really interesting flavor
I saw someone on line talking about Pumpkin Seed Oil and it sounded interesting. I used just a tiny bit on my salad, along with some white balsamic vinegar. It was excellent. It is very flavorful, so start with just a tiny drizzle, that's all you need.

It’s very robust and has flavor. I enjoyed the taste. I used it as my new salad dressing. It even pairs nicely with olive oil in your salad. Also I used it in my soups to give it nice flavor touch.

The Best Pumpkin Seed Oil
This is the most excellent pumpkin seed oil from Styria, Slovenia. Reasonably priced and comes in substantially sized bottles (up to 1 liter), so you don't run out of it as fast as one would with those tiny "boutique" bottles you can find in local stores. Few reviewers got confused with the oil's origin. Styria (German: Steiermark) is a region in Europe that extends across two countries – Austria and Slovenia. This oil is from Slovenia. In my humble opinion Slovenian pumpkin seed oils are far superior to any Austrian oil. I have tried many pumpkin seed oils from Europe and a couple produced in America, but if you want the real deal, you should get a pumpkin seed oil from Austria or Slovenia, with the latter being the best.
