Extremely helpful- I have been using the well-being fish oil for over few months now and the results have been astonishing. I’ve been lifting for five years and joint and Heart support is of extreme importance to me. This one is super potent and a great value for money.

ok so. I had been pretty deficient in most of my basic nutrients like Iron, B12, D3 etc.. and when i started taking my doses to up those, I added omega 3's as well. Was having flax and walnut for the past 3-4 months, and had been feeling much better. I had wanted to try Fish oil, but I wanted the capsule to be vegan and NOT gelatin - after much research i found these Omega3's in vegan capsules, yay! Fortunately there was a sale going on, though i felt they were a bit expensive to buy every month , i gave them a try. anddd oh man.. the best Omega 3 capsules i have ever had. They do give me 1 fishy burp once consumed, but i dont really mind, the mint helps too. The best part? I have always had weak and brittle nails. easily bent. broken & chipped. With the deficiencies mentioned above it had gotten much worse. Paper thin, splitting and always weak. After consuming these for about 3 -4 weeks.. my nails felt. healed. the splits had gone, felt harder and smoother. I noticed the maximum results on my nails honestly, I never thought, after my teens, id ever had strong, hard and smooth nails again. Going to take these omega 3 capsules for ever :D and will also try their other products. Thank you for a beautiful product guys. You cant imagine - how happy i feel! :)

I am trying this omega 3 for first time. There was some moisture in the container and could feel the smell of turmeric due to cucurmin.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now, and I can honestly feel a difference. easy to swallow and don’t leave that fishy aftertaste, which is usually a dealbreaker for me. I’ve noticed a bit more energy throughout the day, my skin feels smoother.

Do not buy this product—after taking it, I felt a mouth infection and my food started tasting very hot and spicy; when I stopped the capsule my stomach settled, but even one dose brought the problem back.

The capsule used to be made of vegan cellulose, but now they are making it with gelatin, and I want to avoid gelatin. If only they continue to make it in vegan cellulose. I used to be a regular buyer.

Pure fish oil capsules. They are a part of my everyday routine.

I dont know about its impact on heart,brain and bones as those are difficult to measure but Because of its anti inflammatory properties, it has resolved my IBS related gut inflammation drastically . I have tried other brands of omega 3 also but this one actually worked!
