At first, I did NOT like this gum. It took me about 4-5 pieces before I noticed a huge improvement in my jaw strength and ability to enjoy the gum. It's now my go-to. Highly recommend allowing gum to sit in your mouth for a minute before chewing. Flavor is fantastic and lasts a long time.

I liked this mainly because it was easy for me to remember. I have those other JAWersiz-type thingys that are great and all but I forget to do it daily. But with this gum, I was reminded every time I passed by. Also the flavor was great.

Good stuff. Can tell jaw muscles are getting worked out if chew long enough.

I love chewing gum, but the current selection on the market is so soft. I had an accident with my jaw two years back and have felt like my muscles atrophied on my one side. I bought this gum to try and strengthen my left muscles, since I’ve noticed I’ve been chewing 99% of the time on my right side since the accident. I had no idea I was going to love this gum so much. It’s great for the gym- just chewing and getting thru my reps gives me something to focus on. And my bf said my jawline is looking ripped lol- so nice bonus. The cinnamon was really good, and the mango is okay. I’ll def be buying again and again

VERY hard to chew. Way too strong with the immediate flavor. Feels like it is pulling out fillings, not pleasant. For a non returnable item I feel like I really wasted my money. I will definitely throw this away.
