I 1000% regret buying this bike. I have spent the last 6 hours trying to put it together and get it working and still cannot get the rear brake to work nor the derailer. I have watched every video I can find but they are not for this model and have been zero help. The bike is unrideable. Also the rear basket is total garbage and does not work with the brakets that were sent. The larger bracketwith the U shape clips is too long and the basket hits the frame of the bike first. We tried loosening the this braket and were able to force it a bit but I went over a small bump while trying to troubleshoot the other issues and the basket popped off and now the back basket clamp will not work at all. I have reached out to Viribus and will update this review if the issues are resolved. But as of right now I want to return this and forget the idea altogether. Very disappointed.

Great tricycle and nice color, sturdy, the only bad thing was that the instructions were very general and missing some screws and a flat tire but the seller was great and send them all.

When the bike was opened and still in the box, I seen that it had scratches on the metal. I wasn’t sure if the scratches were going to be hidden after being put together so we put the bike together. Well after it was in fact together I seen that the scratches were right on top and very noticeable. My opinion, the bike is nice and rides nice but the care that was NOT taken as it was getting packed up to ship was terrible. I wanted to return the bike for another one but it was already put together. I should have gone with my initial feeling and just returned it when I first seen the scratches. Now my new bike looks not so great right out of the box.

Rear brakes do not work! It's not an issue with hooking up the cable the toggle the cable attached to with my finger even to simulate the cable engaging the brakes and nothing. Nothing in the manual, video, or online about how to fix any issues. Cannot shift gears, the shifter seems to be built for the 5 speed model shown in the video, but mine is a 7 speed, with the adjustment screw fully tightened it will only align as far as the 5th gear. The bottom adjustment screw doesn't seem to do or move anything at all. After adjusting it, it will shift one time and then no longer shift again. Holes for the chain guard were not aligned properly, so I could only get 2 of the three screws in, the bottom screw hole was off by a long shot. Took my time and did everything exactly as the video and manual said, now I'm stuck with a completely useless bike. Update: There is no customer service, I wrote to them and received an automated response that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours and that was well over a week ago with no contact being made.
