Instructions could be a little clearer
I must say that I am happy with this rack, i'm currently in the process of installing my servers and switches and so far so good. Took about 30 mins to put together. So it is not super hard in case you might be wonderingSide note the instructions that they send are kind of dated, and the QR code that links to an instruction video on youtube helped. But it was not for this 12U rack

Good design but bad quality checks.
Looks nice and is stable/sturdy for what I need.Shipping box is well packagedCons:Powder coating through the pre tapped screw holes and metal chunks that weren't cleaned out. Stripped every screw I put into each of the messed up holes. (some were perfectly tapped)Horrible instructions.

It took me two hours to assemble it. Not a pleasure, for sure.

Impressive & Awesome Network Cabinet
We love this item. It includes not only the full rack, but it comes with a fan, a PDU, a shelf, and a glass front case! This item also includes the wheels if you desire to mobilize it on the floor. It has a key lock for the cabinet and includes all of the hardware with simple instructions. If you want the complete package without having to search around for all of the additional equipment...BUY THIS FIRST! Thank you so much! This is the second one I’ve purchased. Enjoy!

Love the look of this rack cabinet.
Pros:1. This rack comes with everything. Shelf, plexiglass door, latches, locks, extra keys, a fan, feet, extra cage nuts, anything you can think of.2. This rack is nice looking. I have never seen a better looking one.3. This rack is built from quality materials.Cons:1. Shipping takes a bit.2. Directions are seriously lacking. I used their Youtube channel more than the paper instructions.Bottom Line:I do this stuff for a living and have installed APC, Tripp-Lite, Navepoint, Middle Atlantic, Linier, Dell, Rack Solutions,Firefold and many other racks. This is the best looking and the best value for my money.I Love This Cabinet.

Meh...
If you'd like a review that's actually useful when trying to decide if you want to buy this rack, here it is...Pros:> Price/value - Can't beat the price for a fully enclosed, 12U rack. You'll probably spend twice the price of this one for a rack from one of the name brand manufacturers.> Quality - Overall quality is surprisingly good.> Included accessories - The screws/nuts and PDU are nice add-ons. Although I'd personally consider the "PDU" more of a glorified, rack-mountable power strip.Cons:> Posts - Although the rack is fairly sturdy, overall, the posts are *not*. The gauge of the steel isn't strong enough to support a cantilever mount UPS. You'd need a 4-post rackable UPS or a shelf to support the weight; otherwise, the posts will bend under the weight. Had to knock off one star from the rating for this.> Back panel - While the sides have latches/locks for easy removal, the back panel is screwed on. Making the back panel easily removable or even hinged would be a much better feature given the need to often access cabling, rear ports, power plugs, etc from the back of the rack.> Shelf - The included PL-900 (21 1/2" deep) shelf is nice, but given the depth of the rack, including a PL-1000 (29 1/2") shelf would be better so the full depth of the rack can be taken advantage of. Had to take off another star for this and the back panel. [Update] The PL-1000 rack is too narrow to properly mount on the rails. So there are no full-depth shelf options. Minus one more star.> Assembly - Instructions are *not* super detailed. There are only 6 steps, start to finish. And the parts list isn't very detailed, either. The screws and hardware were just a picture, with no way to associate what was pictured with the screws in the various bags. The image also showed twice the quantity for some of the screws. I assume the instruction sheet is used for all rack sizes and shows the number of pieces for a 42U rack.> [Update] I had to modify [drill out] the square rack holes to fit the rails for the Dell server that was being installed. So it would seem the holes aren't a standardized size. Minus another starInitially, I would have recommend this rack if you're looking for an entry level server rack; but after encountering issues with no full-depth shelves and non-standard rack holes, I can't recommend this rack. I'd suggest going with one of the major rack manufacturers.
