MEDca Hearing Ear ITC (Pair) "Extra Small" Second Generation

For the price ? Brilliant. The next generation will be awesome. 3 things I found could be improved. 1 . My ears have different levels of deafness. So need different volumes. So each could be marked left and right ( I tapped a red marker pen on my right 😉) 2 the volume adjustment is a little fiddly. Especially with bad eyes like mine lol 3. The volume levels I need can result in distortion. So takes some fine tuning. All in all they are great for the price. I had NHS ones ( back of ear) for 4/5 years I wore about 4/5 times . . I could hear whats behind me but not in front .and kids squeeling . No way. If you made mistake of cupping hand to ear they would feedback. Now these are great for using your own ear as a direction finder. You can cup hand to ear with no feedback. When you put them in you will get a little squeeling of feedback but stoos as soon as inserted and finger removed. All in all they are BRILLIANT for the price. I am glad I bought them 👏👏👏👏.

On the face of it this item was perfect for my mum. However, it is impossible to find batteries for it. The instruction manual says A10 but they don't fit - they are much to large. Also, using the ones provided, there was a continuous beeping whilst in the ear. The sound adjustments were fiddly and didn't amplify very much. We ended up binning this item as it was more trouble than it was worth

They are OK, not good if there is a lot of background noise, or to many voices talking. Didn't really fit in my ear to well either.

The items wouldn't work when the battery cover was fully closed. Constant 'hissing' no matter what volume setting was selected. Overall very disappointing. Never given one star to any item before, but as this item is classified as an enhancing in ear hearing device, it doesn't fulfil the description, and with faulty battery door/covers, I had no other choice.

Excellent little hearing aid once in the right place and the volume adjusted to suit my needs. Other reviewers have said they heard whistling but this was caused by having my hand over the aid while fitting and stopped as soon as it was correctly placed and my hand taken away. Sound was clear and distinct. The hearing aid comes with 3 different sized earpieces which is great. Even so, I seem to have extremely small ears so the smallest earpiece was still just too large - instead I have trimmed down one of the larger earpieces to fit and it works fine.

Do not even consider these items! They are a total waste of money! They whistle wonderfully when you put your finger over the hole which proves they are working, but enhance your hearing, that is an absolute joke! You would be better with an ear trumpet! Even worse you cannot get your money back on them which is appalling. If an item does not work as described then your money should be refunded after all they are quick enough to take it. My opinion of Amazon has decreased dramatically!

It was delivered quickly, the comfort part of it is good, still getting used to adjusting the volume but it's an improvement on my hearing, only using 1 of them as when I have both in and put my mobile phone/telephone to my ear the aid whistles, other than that it's OK.

These were small but so are the batteries and I think would be expensive to keep charged

Quien busque una solucion a una sordera, aunque sea pequeña, este no es un producto adecuado. Si aumenta los ruidos y los pitidos en el oido, ademas de escucharte a ti mismo en sobre volumen y eco. Pero sobre todo la pestaña que recoge la pila, es muy incomoda en el ajuste al oido, incluso hace daño. Lo unico ilusorio es el precio. NO ES RECOMENDABLE EN NINGUN CASO Y SI NO ESTAS CONFORME NO LO PUEDES DEVOLVER. Asi que mejor otras alternativas y seguir tirando dinero si no sirven. Al final me atendieron y ni me lo recogieron, si me devolvieron mi dinero GRACIAS

Je savais que j'avais une petite perte auditive. Mais j'ai entendu les enfants et la pluie qui tombaient dehors. A l'ouverture , ouverture du tiroir pour inserer la pile est logique. Audition améliorée pour moi. Au bout de quelques heures , gene lègère faute d'habitudes. J'ai tourné l'oreillette et hop tout est ok. Voila ( n'oubliez pas la clé est une longue tige qui s'emboite et qui amplifie le son) Talithannekcb

I have only had these amplifiers a few weeks. I got them after having a very extensive test by Miracle Ear, whom I highly recommend. My hearing loss is mild to moderate, and I have difficulty with TV and people talking in noisy environments. I cannot afford thousands of dollars for hearing aids, and thought of amplification. These are wonderful. It is best to turn completely to low, then to gradually increase the volume until you can hear. Having the volume too loud will cause buzzing. I often use only one bud. I am also learning to turn the tv to the lowest volume I can hear without the aids. Too much wind noise to use in auto, even with the windows closed. I used in one ear in church, and it was wonderful. I could hear people speaking next to me without constantly asking "what." I use on a needed basis. I open the battery case when not in use (leaving the batteries in place), and close the case the amplifiers are stored in. I have not changed the batteries (A10) since I received the aids. Place the batteries in the case with the round, ringed end down in the holder. Make sure the battery case clicks when closed. These may not be the solution for everyone, but they work for me. Excellent for the price.

This item works very well and I would recommend it-size is comfortable
