The chair started off great but ended up not being for me during longer gaming sessions. This chair might be for someone lighter I’m around 175lbs. Leaning back felt great, but the arms are too high up at least for me. I ended up returning the chair. But the company AutoFull really cares about their product, and their service department was great taking care of any and all issues I had.

First off the chair is very comfortable and stable, the only issue I have is the armrests don’t stay in the 90 position if you put your elbow on them. The reason for 4 stars is that the chair broke within 24 hours of use. I am a 140lb small dude and was not using it in any way that isnt normal. **update** The company is sending me a new chair, 10/10 customer service, still a hassle but they at least took care of the issue.

I’m really happy with my purchase. I decided to upgrade my desk chair to a more ergonomic option, and I could feel the difference from the very first use. This chair feels sturdy and offers plenty of adjustable features, which I truly appreciate—especially since I often sit cross-legged. One of the things I liked the most during assembly was the ability to adjust the armrests closer or farther from the seat, allowing for a more customized fit. Besides the various movement and tilt options the chair provides once assembled, I personally have a small workspace and needed a chair that could slide in as far as possible under the desk—and this one does the job perfectly. The lumbar support is very comfortable, and the headrest is great too. I can sit for hours and still feel good. The mesh material is high quality. I definitely recommend it!

This review is a follow-up to my previous one. I was the unlucky champ to receive a defective chair. It would not lock the reclined back rest and snap right back to its normal position once I got up. I immediately contacted the support on Discord and through Amazon. After speaking to representatives, I expressed that I was not willing to disassemble it and send it back to them. After further explaining my issue with the chair, they agreed to either refund me the money or send a replacement. I chose a new chair because I wanted one. The ordeal took a just over a week but I finally got a new working chair. No complaints about this one at all!

Update: Customer support reached out and was very supportive. I'll update my rating to 3 stars because of how great they were. Might consider buying a different chair in the future from AutoFull. I like the mesh seat since it's breathable, but it isn't all that comfortable after several hours. The chair feels fairly cheap. The arm rests move very easily and it gets quite annoying. The leg rest slides in and out of its slot easily as well and also gets annoying hitting my legs when I scoot up to my desk or sit up. I definitely wouldn't pay this much for a chair in the future unless it was a higher quality chair. I will say one positive about the chair is the lumbar and neck supports. Those are solid in my opinion.

The chair broke less than two months after I bought it.

Chair stuck in recline position. Will probably return soon if I cannot figure it out. It should not be this hard to un-recline it, unless I’m overlooking a simple step. No manual or instructions either besides a very basic ‘how to put together’ images. ***Update*** Customer service made my experience with seller change my mind about my review. Got my issue taken care of.

I’ve been using this chair for about a week, and I can confidently say it’s exceptionally comfortable—even during long gaming sessions. The build quality is top-notch (5/5), and assembly was quick and easy, taking me around 30 minutes. The back and neck support are excellent, and the chair moves smoothly, even on carpet—the wheels handle it with no issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair to my friends.

This is the best chair I’ve owned since I started working from home—by a long shot. My previous chairs were gaming-style models. While they looked great, their shortcomings became obvious after spending eight hours a day in them. This chair, on the other hand, is exceptionally comfortable for both work and gaming, even during long sessions. It feels solidly built, with no creaks so far, likely thanks to the high-quality bolts provided. The lumbar support is excellent—highly adjustable and designed with a soft flex, so even when set to a deeper position, it remains comfortable rather than pressing uncomfortably into your back. The price is on the higher side, but I was able to get a good discount during Amazon’s Spring Sale. Overall, I’d still recommend it without hesitation.
