I've ordered this product from flipkart itself, the product was delivered on time, As per description I've received all the items inside the box, under good packaging of flipkart we usually get. I've been using trimmer in range 800-1200/- INR of nova and MI and other brands but I was looking for something better in that little bit more branded a bit of on average price. In the price of 1200-1300INR, I found this product good and the reviews left for this product listing was phenomenal. I started using this for a week and about after two times using this, the blades are not working they are pulling the hair, the clippers made the tension within the blades, I can't even trim properly. I have used the cells and changed another cells came within the box of philip trimmers. Trust me it's not worthy if you want to use trimmers only for a single time and want to pay 1200-1400Rs for a single use pleaseorder it buy this product. And if you want something useful go for some other product Now the worst thing in THISORDER was, I can't exchange because exchange window got closed within a week, I lost my money, And this was my first trimmer in philip brands and I got this pathetic experience. I never faces the problems in another brand ranging between 500-1000/- For a good experience I switched to philip trimmer and all I got blades pulling my hair within a week using of product, even my beard is too less, just for normal trimming purpose I ordered this, just think if a user is having dense beard, the blade will pull out the hair completely and harm the skin badly. It's to risky to use this trimmer. The experience is really disgusting, it wasn't expected.

Worst product I ever used. Seeing virat kholi ad and expectation high that philips product will definitely meet my criteria but sorry to say this is product most worthless product. With clip there is no trimming and without clip it will erase all hair.. I have used this product two times for removing hair of my private parts. One time it perform good but second time I got multiple injuries and I need to in the middle. I can upload the pictures of injuries if it is not private parts. I'm using this groomer for past 2 months and trimm more than 5 times. What I like : it's handy fit in hand and take less battery, run more time. What I didn't like : it's not easy to use, it doesn't cut properly in underarms and pubic hairs, when try to cut on underarms it's take lot of time to cut full area and my neck hurts because of taking lot of time to cut, you need to turn your neck as long as you finish your underarms so your neck definitely gonna hurt, Coming to pubic hairs, i doesn't get full trimm in my balls area every time, but side and upper pubic hairs are trimmed properly with this groomer, And it cuts my penis back skin 2 times I don't know how it's happen. Every time when I going to groom it's takes more than half an hour and it's stress full and getting sweat all over your body, So don't buy this, waste of money, I'm going back to blade it's far better than this and cheap and clean shave.

The product is okay okay, not a great performance. After a few months, the battery malfunctioned and could not be recharged. After a lot of effort, I was able to get it picked up by the service centre. Waiting for more than a month for any update. Worst products and even worse service. Don't buy it.

This is the worst trimmer to use. It comes with two comb heads for different hair sizes. The bigger comb is useless for body hair trimming. It just doesn't work on any size of hair. The smaller head provides no control to trim. It cuts some here big and some small and require to use multiple times at same place. So, you end up trimming for long time and still can't control the size of hair. It will also pull hair at certain angles leading to itching. This is expensive for what it offers. It shouldn't be more than 500 rs with such a trimming blade. I would recommend to look for options with better combing attachments to have more control on trimming.
