In terms of speed of the router which is lightway protocol is not good at all compared to wireguard whereby, get around 100-120mbps after connected to the vpn.

Simply connect the "Internet" port on Aircove to an available LAN port on your Xfinity modem/router. Q: Is this compatible with comcast?

It should be, you'd need to connect it directly behind your comcast modem in an ethernet port. It's a router, so all it's going to do is beam your wifi signal from your comcast modem(with vpn protection).
