No. The developer, MacSoft, was acquired by Destineer. Destineer has a website on which they refer to their own company in the past tense, so I think they are gone. Wikipedia says Microsoft was the publisher and released expansion packs for the Windows version, but not the Mac version. As far as I can tell, the answer is no.
