My daughter has autism and is so picky about flavors and textures and she loves this. But overall it works. My son has add and it hasn’t really helped much for him in school with focus but I’m assuming it’s because he takes it at night.

My child suffers from insomnia, she will stay up all night and sleep all day, melatonin used to work but she began fighting it till it had no effect on her at all.
