DO NOT BUY Extremely Disappointed - Crapped out After Just 4 Months Extremely Disappointing - Completely Failed After Just 4 Months I purchased this desktop PC in April, excited for its promised specs and performance, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After only four months of use, the system completely bricked no response from power button. After going back and forth with Customer service I determined it was more cost and time effective to just order a different PC from another vendor. I was told 2-4 weeks to get a new pc. Across the board not acceptable. Bought another pc and these guys can rest assured I nor anyone i know will NEVER buy from them. As a final insult Amazon deleted my original review because i put a funny picture in it and i had to re-write this.

I waited to write this review, I wanted to give it time to fail. It didnt. This PC is amazing, especially for being a ryzen 5 machine. Imagine my shock, when im playing Resident evil 4 remake at 50 fps on high settings, with this mid range PC from like, 2017. Bravo. Seriously. Also, the makers phone number is plastered all over the splash screens and its written on a sticker on the PC itself, these guys really want you to be able to call them for help, which is a very good sign. Its an AM4 build, so upgrades arent widely available, but really its not needed. Turn off anti-ailiasing in your games, go in AMDs software, and then turn on there resolution based super sampling, bump your games.up from 1080p to 1440p, do this and this PC will run the newest games on medium to high settings while looking great. Again, this pc has been shockingly good, I would recommend this specific build to everyone. Shame the AM4 platform is on its way out, would have loved to stick a ryzen 5 5700x3d/5800x3d, but good luck finding them. Mine came with a 3600 Mhz 16 gb RAM stick, and there is another port for an upgrade, but my one complaint here is that a 3600Mhz 16 gb RAM stick is hard to get in the consumer space, which naturally means its difficult to find a twin for the most cohesive upgrade. I can tell from the warnings, and the hot glue dabs on the RAM stick that these guys cater to alot of newbies in the PC space. I didnt have any issues at all, be sure that if something isnt working right to give these guys a call before returning it. If something fails down the line and your pc wont start. Check the PSU. Its the only part I cant gage the quality of, I suspect its cheap, no complaints because the amount of thought that went into this build drips integrity, a $40 PSU replacement down the road is no true pain point. Thank you STGAubron for this amazing machine, I am a fan. I appreciate that you guys dont sabatoge the customers ability to upgrade, thats a big one, there are pre build companies out there that make it so you cant upgrade your machine without breaking something, whether thats super gluing RAM sticks or what have you. The glue on these RAM sticks is hot glue, its industry standard to prevent it from falling out during shipping and is very easy to remove without damaging anything.

Great computer. While it isn’t fast, it is good for a first time gamer who is a pre-teen. I wanted something he could learn on and build up if he wanted and this computer offers all of that. The price was decent, affordable, and you get everything as described and seen in the stock pictures. Shipping was delayed several days but I was kept up to date the whole time. Great experience and worth the wait.

When I received my computer there was a bad fan on the graphics card. I got in touch with the tech support and they were right on top of it. They didn't have a replacement for the card I had so they upgraded it to a better one. I am very pleased with them as they were very helpful. I also love the computer and the new graphics card. I would give them a 10.
