They’re so good that it’s hard to not burn through them. I use them after I brush my teeth at night and put my aligners back in, and the xylitol helps keep my dry mouth at bay. However, I noticed that they do make my trays feel a bit “rough” if I chomp on them too much. I think it’s where the mint gets too abrasive against the plastic. But, I never have that issue if I follow the directions of not chomping down and just use them like a chewie.

I love mints & these aren't as strong as altoids but they work great to freshen breath & set aligners! I HATE chewies, they're uncomfortable and awkward. I started invisalign and I pop these in non stop at work, they're discreet enough to use normally throughout the work day versus chomping on a chewie. They're really pricey so I'm looking for other options. I think if you only use 1-2 per day then it's OK. But I could eat 2 bags in one day at work so if anyone finds a budget friendly version let me know!

I love these they changed the game for me with Invisalign. I hated the chewy stuff they gave us because it had no taste. I liked these because I can have as many as I want without having to go through the headache of taking my trays out. They are yummy as well.

I purchased these when I went looking for something to chew on with my invisible braces. My gums feel sort of achy with the braces in - it's an odd feeling. I just feel like chewing on something. There are silicon "chewies" that some orthodontists recommend. My concern is cleaning the chewies since these can harbor bacteria. I stumbled across these mints that are won't promote cavities and actually can be eaten with the aligners in. The shape of the mints is handy as it makes it easy to slip between the front teeth once the aligners are in. I can bite down on them. Then I can turn them on their flat sides and chew on them between my molars. It's been very helpful. The flavor is decent and leaves my mouth tasting fresher. The only thing I don't like about these is that they can be a bit brittle. Or maybe I'm biting down too hard. :) I wish these had a bit of give to them so they could be more chewy. The aligners do have some springiness to them yet if these mints were a tad chewier, it would be nice. Overall, I'm pleased with the product and have ordered the larger 7-pack several times. I keep some at work and some at home so I have something to chew on when the desire strikes. Maybe they can have a peppermint version someday. I really like peppermint.

I recently got smile direct club and noticed that clear aligners make your mouth DRY! Really dry. Even with brushing my teeth after every meal and before and after bed I noticed sometimes my aligners had a funky smell due to the dry mouth. My husband had found these mints and I have to say they did help. Pros: No bad breath No gross chewies that stay soaked in gross spit Portable and convenient Yummy taste Sugar free Cons: Over priced Easily break when using to seat aligners Made aligners rough; ( I had noticed after using maybe 2 or 3 times that my aligners were no longer smooth and instead were rough where I had used the mints to seat my aligners, now since I have smile direct club and change the aligners very frequently this doesn’t bother me much however it did cross my mind that this might not be good for the aligners as instructions for aligners specifically states not to bite down to seat aligners as this can damage them and this is why the soft “chewies” are provided. 3 stars simply bc they are overpriced as mentioned in other reviews and I do wish they were softer so they were safer for the aligners and didn’t make them rough as this could be a problem for customers who wear there aligners for more than a week or two. Not sure if I’d buy again might possibly look for another solution.

These mints are a definite breath saver during Invisalign treatment. I didn't use them every day,but when I did, they were refreshing and helpful not just for fresh breath but to align my trays as well.

I did a lot of research before starting my clear aligners these mints kept popping up. I’m a gum chewer and not having that has been really tough. I order these for the mint/gum replacement but when I popped one this morning my mouth was hurting. I didn’t believe that “chewing” would help but my mouth is feeling better now. I bought the spearmint ones as that’s what flavor gum I chew but I’m hoping to find some of the mint chocolate in my stocking this year! Also your TikTok’s 10/10 a great time! Keep it up!

Currently using Invisalign. Not sure if they’re entirely suitable with the sugar? But hasn’t seem to affected my aligners or teeth using them.

Tastes great but they are very hard so I would not recommend them for setting your invasalign - get chewies. I like eating mints so I like that I can have them with my invisalign, however, they are much too pricey and way too small.

Expensive for what they are but I use them with my Invisalign. I’ve spent plenty on that an extra few quid doesn’t matter.
