California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 LT

Good quality olive oil but I don't understand why it has to be so expensive. The minimum recommended daily is 30 ml per day and this 1 L bottle lasts hardly a month at close to $100. It tastes more genuine than Colavita I usually buy at one quarter of cost. Would the price worth it? Not sure.

We enjoy warm naan flatbread, Za atar and this brand olive oil just about every day. Exquisite. Only brand I reorder regularly and recommend. Pricey but worth every drop.

This is a true olive oil. It does NOT have other cheaper oils mixed in. The way to test an olive oil is to put it in the refrigerator for two days. The portion that does not congeal is not olive oil it is another oil that was added. Many brands claim Extra Virgin olive oil but are actually cut with other oils. California Olive Ranch not only has the taste of a true olive oil, but it congeals in the refrigerator. I keep it there and move small portions to a dark botttle. This keeps the olive oil fresh. With so much cheating going on, you can count on California Olive Ranch being a real olive oil.

Great testing, high quality and good for cooking or on salads and such. This olive oil has a different, but better, taste than most olive oils, avocado oils, rice oils and walnut oils. Buy a bottle and you'll be sold on it for life!
