Great chair, arm padding would be nice.
Comfortable to sit in. Nice sized massager back pillow, has USB port to connect to computer for power, or you could get a charging block and connect to wall. Good sized head pillow. Reclines, swivels, raises and lowers with ease. You can lock recline position where you want it. Colors true to photo. Assembling was easy once we figured out which screws went to each step. Diagrams were decent. We put screws in cups and just labeled which step to grab from on the cup itself. Took about 40 minutes to assemble but a 9 year old was mostly in charge! Padded arm rests would be an improvement but not necessary.

Chair
I love my chair. I bought it because it has the massage. Its a real nice massage. Chair is comfortable, sturdy, and recliner. Its a good size also. The leg rest is a good option also.

Decent product.
First of all, sorry I had to add a background to the main pic but I didn't realized I had bunch of stuff around .. so let's jump to the details! First, I gotta say this is a good chair for the amount paid for it, I'm concerned about the durability of the foot rest, it feels like it'll be the first thing that will break, also the fabric ripped as I was sliding the arm rest while assembling it, not the end of the world but these details prevent me from giving this item a 5 star rating. Assembly wasn't that difficult but it takes a good 15-20 mins, it would be super helpful if they would mark the bolt tray with the letter assigned on the manual, again not the end of the world but it's all in the details of delivering a 5 star product. So far this is a decent chair for a budget price, there are better chairs out there but with a higher range of price, this might be good for a young child/teen that knows how to take care of things.

Good chair for short to medium gaming sessions
For the price it's not bad. It's lasted longer then several others in its price range. Fairly comfortable but not for LONG hours.

Squeaky, Uncomfortable ETC
I hate it, Its Squeaky its uncomfortable most people think its a good chair when you've finished spending half your day trying to figure the product out and put it together, once your finished you might think to have a nice relaxing sit on our new "Gaming chair" You sit on it great it feels great the skin of the chair is smoove without wrinkles and its just comfortable, 1 week later its starts getting uncomfortable the air comes out of the "Cushion" If you guys call it that and there's no comfortable mat I can say there isn't even a pad or a mat inside the chair I checked inside and I see hard steel with a little pieces of solid foam here and there another week later my back starts hurting its harder to avoid it because I usually have to do school on Zoom and on my table meaning im spending 14 hours on that chair the whole time for homework and for Zooms and my back hurts like heck. Next the noise The noise is friken horrible I can't stand if I sit on it, it moans and squeaks if I push it squeaks eve if I put a finger on it You guessed it. It either squeaks or moans every time that includes moving or touching the chair its friken squeaks its noise as hell to. Cheap and wouldn't recommend it Its cheap it has no foaming or pad inside its noise as hell and it friken sucks I would NOT recommend the chair most people make reviews once they sat on it for the first time but I've waited 3 months for the results its horrible the "Leather" Starts peeling off and theirs strings on my seats the back is already ripped on the side and the vibrator is broken and I can't even put the foot rest back in and the arm rests are HARD plastic I can't even feel comfortable I might have just wasted 100 dollars for a piece of rock that is shaped like a chair theirs no exceptions also the instructions are complicated as hell too its better off buying a office chair because those company actually care about their clients and improve from there clients recommendation while this company is some BS.

Great Seller, Terrible Item
I have had this chair for ten days, and it is reasonably comfortable. Assembly was simple and pretty quick, but I very quickly noticed a number of problems. First, the massagers inside the lumbar pillow didn't work properly. After reaching out to customer support, they were very helpful and friendly and sent replacements. However, the back of the chair was made of cheap plywood on the inside and almost immediately started to splinter the first time I leaned back in it. After checking, the metal piece that connects the seat and back of the chair to the base and wheels only extends about 7 inches up the back, and it isn't connected to the seat by anything else - just this one flat piece of metal. As of today, I leaned back in the chair again and the plywood splintered and broke to the point where the chair is borderline unusable. The seller did replace the chair to their credit, but I would recommend spending more for a better one. TLDR: The chair sucks, but the seller is nice and replaced it for me when it broke.
