Excellent! I plumbed it into the pipe for my warm water tap in my bathroom so I can heat up the water before use. Simple installation. No leaking thus far. Great, easily-controlled pressure. I even use it to spray my wet room floor after a shower to get rid of any bubbles, as it has stronger pressure than my shower head! I also love how easily I can wash it in the sink. Additionally, I am glad that I didn't have to replace my toilet seat so, in my opinion, it looks nicer than other bidet attachments. No complaints!

These are excellent and great value. Had one fitted and then bought a second one. They are fairly straghtforward to install if you already have standard toilet water connections.

Installed this product just 3 days ago and it immediately started leaking. When the engineer inspected it, he confirmed that the problem was due to a faulty pipe inside the jet, which means it was defective from the beginning. Because of this, I had to call the engineer again, pay for the service visit, and also spend extra money on a new pipe to replace the defective one. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a product that is supposed to be new and reliable. It’s unfair that a customer has to bear extra cost and inconvenience due to a manufacturing defect. I am now requesting a refund for the product, along with reimbursement for the unnecessary expenses I had to pay because of the faulty part. Very poor quality and quality control. Definitely not expected!

Good overall but the rubber washers for the T valve were stupidly smaller and more octagonal than round and kept leaking. They said don't use Teflon but it leaked with and without the Teflon. I spent couple of hours investigating the cause and was about to send it back because I thought the valve was faulty. Eventually I tried an old spare washer I had and it solved the problem.
