I have a few clipboards for coaching my U11 soccer team. 6 different boards I’ve owned to date. Only 3 of those 6 were still in use. Each has its own purpose. One I have applied Velcro tape in our teams formation and I have laminated player names that I can easily move to positions or onto a substitution section. I plan on doing that to the side of this board that has the player lineup and I’ll give the old board to my Assistant Coach. This dry erase board will become my all purpose board. Replacing all but one of the other boards. The only reason I’ll keep one other board I have, is because magnets will stick to that older board. This board unfortunately is not metal so I can’t use my magnets to illustrate plays in motion. I don’t use he magnets very often but I like the option of moving the pieces so the younger kids can see how a play unfolds. I knew that this board wouldn’t work with magnets when I purchased it, so I’m not letting that impact my rating, but it will show up in the “Cons” list. If it had that feature it would literally be the only board I’d ever need! This is the largest and so far the most sturdy board I’ve ever owned. It comes with black and red dry erase markers with erasing pads on the caps. They are larger than the markers that come with most other boards I’ve purchased so they should last longer. They also have fine point tips, which none of my others have. The fine point makes it much easier to draw patterns and illustrate plays on the board. I’m very OCD about my drawings and those fat tip markers drive me crazy! Pros: -Sturdiest board I’ve used so far -One side for illustrating full field plays -One side for players and lineups (I will add the Velcro strips and laminated player names because it’s very easy to accidentally wipe off names on the lineup side, but that’s true with any dry erase clipboard. This is just a personal upgrade that my Team Manager created for me this season and now I can’t live without it) -Black and red fine point dry erase markers with eraser caps. Stress the FINE POINT! :) :) :) -Strong spring clip on one side -Plenty of spots for player names and substitutions -Looks great and very sporty IMO. I’m a sucker for cool looking things. -Rugged enough to throw in my soccer bag and not worry about it breaking -Price is great for quality and functionality Cons: -Can’t use magnets on this board That’s honestly the only “Con” that I can think of. If you are a coach then you know that finding quality gear and equipment can be an expensive journey of trial and error. That’s why I live on consumer reviews anytime I’m spending my hard earned money on myself, my children, or my teams. I also try to provide as many reviews as possible to repay the favor. I would highly recommend this board for all soccer coaches. Especially when coaching children, who need that visual illustration.

I love it! It’s perfect! Just what I thought I ordered.

I just replaced the old boards because they'd been used so much over a few years that the built-in lines had disappeared. The included carbiner to attach the board to a fenced dugout is great and the red and black markers attach to the board. I coordinate senior pick-up softball and we don't need the field diagram on the reverse side. It would be better to have the line-up on both sides. Negatives: the provided markers are now dead. The cleaning fluid is a token addition so get a bigger spray bottle and fill it with 409 or Windex. If you don't clean the boards after play it will stain the surface... don't wait until the next game to do it. The built in lines will also rub away.

I bought this board about 3 years ago and just realized now it is GoSports as I am looking to buy one for a past player. I now see why I can still use everyday. Great quality, super easy to keep clean, and conveniently fits in any of my coaching bags. GoSports strikes again, proving their impact on players and coaches.

Worked great until I left it on the fence at the field.

I have given this board to my daughter's trainer and it has been a wonderful gift, the complaints I can have is that over time the paint has fallen off, and the markers it brings have not lasted long, but in general it is quite resistant and functional

This clipboard is well-made, I'm confident that it'll last for years. With a full field on one side and half field plus roster on the other, both sides are useful. Biggest thing I don't like is that the markers showed up dry. Not including them would be addition by subtraction. And the little plastic corner thingies on the clip - 1 fell off before I even noticed they were there, the other broke off yesterday, after about a month. But it works fine without them, I'm not even sure what they're there for. But those are minor quibbles, the important thing is it's useful and will last for years. 4.7 stars!

I works well for my purposes. Paint did well until now and eraser too. That’s fine and worth what it costs.

I order this often, both for my self and coaches in my program. Love, best for the dollar. Maybe some others are better but what you get for the price can't be beat. I often lose or break boards, so this is why I often re purchase.

Both markers that came with are good quality. Board quality is also good. Wish there was a larger eraser that would come with it too.
