Fall apart easily

The back is not attaching correctly and very wobbly. I went to initiate a return as we have been trying to figure out how to fix but we just missed the return window by a few days. Very disappointed.

My wife and I had been contemplating switching out our dining tables, so we were happy to give these a try. In short, we have been very happy with them. The main positives are: 1. Assembly was simple and straightforward. I was able to complete the installation by myself, but if you do have a second person helping, it will make the assembly easier, especially when you are putting on the final back rest. 2. The quality of the wood and the seats are excellent, especially considering the modest price tag. The wood color and grain look very nice and was a perfect match for our dining table (we have the Cress dining table from Dania Furniture). While we liked the light grey color (from the same brand) a bit better, that is probably more personal preference; the camel color also gives off a nice and warm feel. 3. I really like the fact that the chairs come with foot pegs that can be used to level the chair. It was very useful to keep the chair from leaning, which was a problem that we had with our previous chairs. From a customer service perspective, the set that we ordered came missing a pair of chair legs (so, we could only complete assembly for one of the two chairs); however, when I contacted the support team via email, they took care of the issue for us within a single business day. They actually shipped out a whole new chair set for us to remediate the situation, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we would recommend this product.
