Started taking this supplement on Feb 8th. My night sweats and hot flashes have gotten progressively worse since then. The taste isn't bad but the bears stick to my teeth which, also, isn't great. Would not but again

I have had the best success with this supplement. Starting it was hard, it caused me to have an extra period basically. But my hair is finally growing back, my recent period was amazing. I highly recommend this, just be prepared for possible menstrual effects (within 2 weeks of starting) . I have been on the product for 3 months. To add- I am 47, my perimenopause has recently been causing havoc in many ways.

I have to say first week I hardly noticed any difference in my main issue (the sleepless nights and the hot/cold flashes at night) but after a month I have to say I've been able to stay asleep longer and no hot/cold flashes every day..
