We propagate fig trees and grow seedlings indoors. Fungus gnats were always an issue, but if you incorporate Gnatrol (small amounts) with every watering, no gnats ever.

I had a quite infestation of fungus knots with multiple house plants pots everywhere in my house. So I needed aggressive solutions than sticky paper to catch the flying knots. As a test, I used 4 pots of different surface/growing media. All of them got fuzzy mold on the surface. One of them even got green, white, and yellow molds!! Great. Now I need to repot them to change the media anyway. I have a whole bucketful of products that I can’t use. Since it is opened, I don’t think it is returnable. It’s very unfortunate. The instructions are not so user friendly. I could figure out but dont expect like “regular round up” from the store sort of instructions. I don’t know what to do with this power that I don’t want to inhale for health hazard or dump outside for creating mold spread.

This product works great for eliminating mosquito larvae in plants and waterlogged areas . If you want to minimize or eradicate mosquitos in your yard , try Gnatrol.

Four 1 tbs per gal treatments applied every three days for heavy infestation

While it does cut down on the gnats it doesn’t eradicate. I used the whole bucket and have still seen a few here and there. Look elsewhere if your looking for eradication.

If you got Gnat's here is your solution. Tried once and quickly moved up to a much larger size.
