Battery 🔋 dead
Don't buy this laptop, battery almost dead 90% , can't run an hour without plugging. When system activated in sleep mood,it's take 10 minutes to wake up. Sometimes I feel like how my mother wake me in my early childhood, the same way I have to wake up the laptop after sleep mood activation

The worst experience.
★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Do Not Buy! I purchased the Dell Latitude 7000 7420 (Renewed) from star used computers tr llc, and it was a complete disappointment. • Battery is completely dead – the laptop doesn’t hold any charge at all and works only when plugged in, which defeats the purpose of a laptop. • Fan noise is unbearable – it constantly makes a loud, heavy sound like it’s overworking even when the system is idle. Very distracting and annoying. • Despite being described as “renewed,” this device clearly hasn’t been properly tested or refurbished. It feels more like a used and neglected machine being resold. • For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality. This is not acceptable. • Laptop doesn’t detect wireless Mouse as well. Highly disappointed. Do not waste your money on this seller or product.

Invoice and body quality.
The product is same and fine but body looks used. The keyboard body is changed (low quality body). I am contacting for 4 consecutive days in there email and chat with seller for invoice for warranty. but still no response.

Disappointing item.
I received the refurbished item Dell 7000 and to my surprise it’s not working. I tried to charge it but it seems something g wrong as it’s not working at all, completely dead item that’s why In want to return it back. Amazon promised me to send the one year warranty but I did not get it yet which is another surprise.
