Very good works just like it should massages your eyes and temples and makes you feel really relax, love it.

This has become a staple of my nighttime routine, especially after a day staring at screens and to help alleviate my dry eyes. The heat and pressure is wonderful and I got weirdly addicted to the music tune! I would also like to say that the support from the customer service team when I’ve had a problem has been superb. Great product, great service, would highly recommend!

They contacted me and apologised for my experience and made sure I was satisfied. I would reccommend buying bob and Brad's products to try for yourself as I have bought two of their massage guns and they are great. Original: I wanted to buy something that would help me with my sore tired eyes due to stating at a monitor all day. I personally found these to be disapooninting. The packaging and presentation is lovely but the performance of the eye massage is lacklusting. The heat didn't get warm enough and it didn't stay warm for long. I had to rotate through the settings to get the best to warm up again. I also found the pressure and massage action to be disappointing. The audio feature is gimmicky as the speaker quality isn't great and included sounds are annoying and repetitive.

This thing is awesome! I had seen all the cheaper options on TikTok but I wanted to get something more “premium” so I did some research and found this. I am so glad I did, it is worth its weight in gold! It seems a little noisy when there’s no music playing but you soon get used to it. It’s really easy to work out how to use it and to connect the Bluetooth so you can have your own music (although the options that come with the unit are pretty good and calming also). The heat is just great, it’s fine on the normal heat but there is also an option of high heat for those times when you need a bit more. It also comes with a cooling eye mask which can be used with the unit (no heat) or used on its own. It feels ever so slightly weighted so is absolute heaven when you have a headache. Also a big shout out to the customer service team who are highly responsive and helpful if you have any problems whatsoever.

This product is exceptional. I discovered it on TikTok and, requiring expedited delivery, located it on Amazon. It performs precisely as advertised, and I am thoroughly satisfied. My sole suggestion would be to configure the initial power-on state to be inactive until a function is selected, as all functions currently activate simultaneously upon startup. However, this is a minor point and does not detract from the product's overall quality.

Yes, does her job. I like the way it does the massage, it leaves me relaxed. But the heat mode does not work in any of the functions when changing the massage. This should be improved.

Very happy, it really calms me down. But after using for 2 months. The pressure is almost out. So the massager works halfnow. Really frustrating

Bought this for my partner to help with migraines. Not sure how much it helps with the migraines themselves but it relaxes her which in turn helps to an extent and provides some relief. It also keeps her quiet for 15 mins 😁 She enjoys using it, often multiple times per day and frequently falls asleep for a short while. She says the naps help her so who am I to argue… Pros: -Ability to adjust the pressure and heat level. - The motion is very relaxing (for her at least), which is most useful after a day’s work which is when she uses it most frequently. - The unit says when it needs charging. If she could change anything: - More flexibility on run time would be useful. - Speakers are very tinny and the loud, harsh American female synthesised voice used for notifications really should be toned down. - Get rid of the ’goodbye’ message at the end or replace it with a soft countdown. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and judging by other reviews the company seems to have a customer focused ethos. I expect we will try other Bob and Brad products in the future.
