High quality charge wire a superior product

I got this to use with my 240 V2 explorer as it was cheaper than the official cable, when it arrived I realised I also needed the USB C converter for my model so had to order one of those from Jackery as I couldn't find any elsewhere, when it arrived I tried it with this cable and it wouldn't work as the pin on the connector of the DC8020 socket was too thin for the converter so I had to return this wire and reorder an official one, a bit of a hassle but now works, just a word of advise to anyone else trying to save the bit of extra money especially if you have the model like I have

Works perfectly, fit my battery pack no problem, great quality and makes it perfect for travelling with in the plastic zip bag with it. I like that it had extra fuses though I have not needed new ones yet.

I'm happy I bought this Tonton DC 12V-24V Car Charging Cable! I took a chance on it because Jackery was taking forever to ship me a new replacement cable (which I paid for; eventually received the old black one not the new upgraded orange one on their website; can you tell I'm miffed at Jackery?! haha). The Tonton cable arrived in 2 days and it's exactly as described. I received it Nov. 9th and have used it pretty much every day since to charge my Jackery 240. It works great! It charges at 40-42 watts but I'm happy with that as it's more stable than the Jackery's fluctuating 37-41 watts. Pros: - great quality, heavy duty cable - price! - the cable ends fit snugly in the cigarette lighter and the Jackery port (unlike the black Jackery cable which was loose from day one). - has an attached cable tie - I like that it has an attached adapter to fit other makes / models of power stations Cons: None! See Edit below. * Edit, Dec 2, 2024: Warning - regularly check that the threaded ring at the cigarette lighter end is securely tightened. I didn’t do this and the cable end fell apart inside the lighter socket today. The lighter socket fuse also blew so it, and the radio, didn’t work. The pieces inside that cable end are small; a spring, fuse, threaded ring, and a pokey thing. I wasn’t careful when removing the pokey piece from the lighter socket and it went flying somewhere. Can’t find it so now the cable is useless.

Delivered today, I was concerned that I had made a mistake in ordering this cord because I read reviews after ordering. From habit, I check the one stars first and saw some who said that they found this cord did not work with the Jackery 1000 version 2. That’s what I have! The good news is that the cord I received DOSE WORK with my new Jackery 1000v2. So far I am a happy camper with a working cord. Runs nice and cool. Passes plenty of electrons from my 12 volt outlet on the battery bank. Two spare fuses included.
