The first time I had this it knocked me out 🤣 works really well. It's very easy to swallow, the size is tiny. Also it made me sleep like 10 hours

Way better than melatonin
Takes awhile to kick in but it works great and I sleep through the night. No grogginess in the morning either. Pills are bitter and chalky, but they're small and go down easy.
