We have a long, hard bench that desperately needed some comfort, and this custom cushion was the perfect solution! This is the first time I have ordered a custom cushion for this bay window and I am so pleased with the product and result! I ordered the oxford material, double piping, 2.4 inch thickness. RXASC obviously knows more about zippers than I do. I had specified the zipper in the back. The very nice zipper goes across the back and half way down either side, so it is easy to insert the foam cushion. And the foam is marvelous! It is of high quality, and very firm and dense. I was concerned that the uploaded image looked "cut-off", but the company replied promptly and assured me that it looked fine on their end. And they knew exactly what I wanted. I ordered an extra cover in plain forest green. The custom order arrived very quickly. It is a comfortable and attractive addition to the bay window seat.

These cushions were a great purchase! So many options to choose from and the quality is excellent. They are comfortable and well made and reasonably priced. They arrived in less than 2 weeks. Follow the instructions to let the cushions expand once you unpack them. Mine seemed too small initially, but after letting them sit for several hours, they expanded to fit the measurements. I will definitely order again for other projects.

I like this bench pad but do not love. It is probably my fault but it looks thin. It is made very nicely and it was easy to order. You can order in different thicknesses and I wish I would have gotten it thicker. Nice craftsmanship and prompt delivery. Very reasonably priced. I’d buy again but order a thicker version.
