This Sleep & Restore Magnesium has worked really well for me. It helps me relax and unwind at night without making me feel groggy the next morning. Sometimes it helps with sleeps, but only for a few hours (and not all night). First couple of uses left me lethargic the following day.

This works for a little bit. After using for a little over a month I still only get moderate results. It helps me fall asleep, but only works for and hour or so. If you just need help falling asleep, not staying asleep these may help you.

I can only take the “ Without Melatonin” kind. Delicious and it works.

GABA and magnesium I have found to be the most effective natural supplements for sleep and mood. Now taking psychiatric medication, I don't need a stress support supplement only some help getting good rest. Natrol fits the bill. Go Bill's.

This helps me get a restful night sleep, but WHY are they sugar coated?! They would have gotten a higher rating from me without it! Price was okay for a 30 day supply.

These are tasty. Wanted to try in place of melatonin
