Never felt any effect when applying very good amount to my bilateral knees, arms, and hands. No cooling effect, does not work well, do not buy. Biofreeze gel is most effective. Will switch back to gel.. very disappointed.

Claims 10% menthol but is not as strong as BIO FREEZE gel at 5%. 3 ounces at such a price is outrageous. The gel is far more soothing/effective than this cream. Buy the gel.

Love this product and it works miracles. Smella really god and have a calming cooling/heat that relaxes you and smells good too. Only major complaint is the shrank the item and claim to still have the same amount inside. So deceitful. Check the pictures

I've used the gel in the past and it works much better than the cream.

Precious jar purchased on left is marked as 3 oz So is new one is on the right…though it contains 66% less cream Shameful violation of common sense and fair play with labeling and customers. Too bad since the product is great

I tried it few times, absolutely worthless and waste of time and money. It emits strong mint like odor, cooling sensation, but the odor is actually too strong and as far as pain relief, NONE ! but I can see how some peoples will confuse the cooling sensation and strong odor with pain relief sensation...and will believe that it is doing something for the pain...it doe nothing. The good news, it is not harmful in anyway as much I can see...just waste of time and money with another gimmick..

This is nothing but a cream with menthol in it. Like everything else that promises pain relief from various ingredients like acetaminophen, it has no pain relieving properties whatsoever. It cools the skin and smells nice, but that's about it.

Purchased 2 believing in the reviews. It is just like using Vaseline on your skin. Did absolutely nothing. I didn’t even feel the menthol either. Pure garbage and it is not 3 oz but 1.5 oz and half of that is just the huge cover the rest is the cream inside which is less than 1 oz. Don’t waste your money on it. Does nothing for your pain.
