I am giving this 4.5 stars at the moment. We knew what we were buying. We are a large family and do alot of loads. These are half the size of our old set. So we are doing twice the loads. But it works well . I bought the wrong stacking kit, so not fully setup, but functional. If any issues, I will update.Update*** 2.5 years laterStill going strong. It has taken some getting used to the slower drying. But it is a good unit. I will say just recently there is some condensation in the electronic display. So I am expecting the worst soon. But it is still working. Good little unit. Technology works. Saves on electric bill. Not too loud.

I purchased both units. Relatively easy to install. Washer comes with hoses. I haven't read the instructions yet, but very easy to operate. I hope these last as long as my previous stacking units. The size is smaller, but holds a good amount of laundry.

electric dryer doesn’t include cord but was easy to hook up with the help of a youtube video. dryer has a scratch on the front. but, looks nice stacked and saves me space.

Awful. And customer service is always a bunch of people you cant understand, trying to send you links and what no to open. Like no. Just give my money back and take you dumpster of a dryer back. If I could speak to an American that would be cool too, but again no.

I was worried it might be too small. But it holds plenty of clothes and although it’s smaller than full sized dryer it works great. I’ve had it about a month so far and I love it.

We've had the washer & dryer set installed for a couple weeks, & have been trying to get Samsung to send us the missing liquid detergent dispenser ever since.I noticed a LOT of reviews on different places saying it's missing.Samsung wants us to just go buy it. How convenient! That's not acceptable, since we already bought it when we bought the washer, & it wasn't in the sealed bag.If they know this is an issue, they should have a pile of them sitting around somewhere waiting for their owners to claim them. Apparently they have no interest in making things right.So far, the set works great, but if this is the way the company chooses to do business, my phones & appliances will have a different name on them from now on. They need to understand we don't HAVE to patronize their company

Good space saving dryer with simple hookup, just takes longer than average to dry clothes(2 hours average), otherwise great!
