The item was used, which is FINE, but it did not perform it's original functions as stated... also, it arrived with old, extinguished batteries that were leaky in the package... and, it was more expensive than the item was when new. Even so, the vendor provided a means to return the item, which I was thankful for. Long process, and we didn't get the item we wanted, but at least they were good with the return.

Paying $150 thought it would be better quality. Felt ripped off to be frank. At least there could be an ac adapter

The media could not be loaded. Sold as like new. Not completely broken but does not operate as intended. Second one of these I own, the product delivered does not move his mouth to sing the songs like it should.
