I have given these to people who will not take omega by other brands and they will take these without problems. I keep mine in the refrigerator because, well, I've heard that's what you're supposed to do. I don't really want rancid fish oil. I trust the size, the taste, the ease of swallow to this company alone. What they do for me I have no idea. Should we take them? Absolutely without a doubt.
