I received a King size by mistake when I had ordered the Queen/Full size. They took care of me right away through the chat feature by immediately sending the right size and setting up a UPS pickup for me to return the King. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! It was very easy to assemble, is sturdy, and looks very nice. I am very happy with my purchase!

I'm very happy with this purchase. It was easy to put together, I did it myself even though part of the instructions says it requires 2 people. It looks great in my entry way. The cushion is firm so it's easy to sit and put on my shoes stored underneath. I also like that I could use it for extra seating at the table when family is visiting.
