Las súper recomiendo, fue lo único que aumento mi producción de leche. Mi producción aumento al día siguiente de comer el primer paquete de galletas, en cada extracción aumento de 1 a 3 oz. Importante saber que cuando dejas de comerlas regresas a tu producción habitual. El sabor es muy bueno y funcionan perfectamente, las recomendó muchísimo.

Las compré por los reviews y porque a conocidas sí les funcionaron pero a mí, no. Me llegué a comer hasta 2 bolsas al día, me pegué más al extractor y nada. No hubo diferencia alguna. Son muy ricas, solo por eso les puse 2 estrellas.
