I read all the advice... I knew that a gaming/racing style chair wasn't going to be as comfortable or supportive as an expensive, ergonomic office chair. But I wanted a chair that looked cool, too, though not so flashy that it drew laughs from my coworkers when doing video chats.The chair arrived in a big ol' box that was packed very well. Despite this, the latch that allows you to adjust the height of the left arm was broken off and loose in the bag. Due to how the chair was packed, it seemed obvious that this happened at their facility rather than in transit. I contacted customer support and had a great and easy experience, and they promised to send a new arm assembly immediately. The arm took a while to arrive, but that may have been related to COVID's impact on the shipping industry more than anything.Nonetheless, I could use the chair immediately and happily did so. I had been having back and neck pain from using an old, cheap office chair that was being thrown out at my wife's previous job, but I'm also someone who is known for slouching so far down in my chair that I'm practically sitting on my middle back, so the pain wasn't really a surprise or anything.I can't speak for other racing chairs, but this one really doesn't lend itself to slouching, which is GREAT. If you slouch you'll likely slide right off the front of the chair, so you're forced to sit with your back fully up against the backrest. I couldn't find a comfortable position for the included lumbar support pillow, so I quickly discarded that and have been much happier for it. It took a bit of time to find the right angle and rocking tension adjustment, but now that I've found it my back and neck are feeling much better!The imitation leather has held up very well so far with no tears, sagging, or discoloration. The foam of the seat cushion doesn't seem to be misshapen from my 5'10" 170lb butt being on it most of the day and is just as comfortable now as it was when I got it. I will admit, though, that the much cheaper chair my wife purchased from Staples is more cushy and comfortable than this one, but I figured that'd be the case going in.If you're looking for a decent racing style gaming chair, I would say this is towards the middle-low end of what you should consider. I'm happy with it for the price I paid, which is quite a bit lower than it is as of the time of writing this review.

Just got the chair in today, and wow is it an upgrade from my last chair. Set up wise, took all of 10 min by myself, incredibly easy set up, and it seems like the vendors listened to their customers and made the instruction sheet ALOT more understandable. All the tools and even some kind gripping gloves were included, making set up that much easier.In terms of the chair itself, im 6'1 225 lbs, and the chair fits me like a glove. The head rest fits perfectly into my cervical spine (neck area), giving support perfectly when i put my head back. And when I want a more "relaxed" feel, just ever so slightly push the pillow up to the bottom of my head, where its just like a comfortable pillow, and the same goes for the lumber support pillow.The 4D arm rests are great, though I do understand the frustration of some commenters regarding the swivel capability of the armrests. Since they do NOT lock into place (swivel only) it does move from time to time, but unlike other commentors I actually appreciate it, as it allows my elbow to stay in place, and if I have a long mouse movement, it can shift itself to a more comfortable position, which is why I beleive the designers probably do not implement a locking system for the swivel.Lastly the wings is the base cushion does slightly hug the outside of my thighs, again personally for me I enjoy it, makes my legs/butt feel they are "in place" in the chair, though I havent say in it long enough yet to see long term comfort yet, will update if my opinions change, so if nothing is edited, assume it is still comfortable.Overall, price was a little high, but I looked into comparable chairs for some time now, and between the metal framework, comfortable cushions, highly adjustable everything, and lay flat capability, great warranty I am so happy I went with this chair, I just hope it last as long as they say it will.

The instructions for assembly were weird to follow, but I saw other reviewers that recommended watching YouTube tutorials. Highly recommend doing that!!I'm 5'1" and at the chairs lowest setting, I still need a foot rest. My feet can reach the floor but not completely flat. The California model is apparently better for my height, but this is slightly wider and has a higher weight capacity, and it appeared to have more adjustable features as well based on comparisons online.While not necessarily uncomfortable, the arm rests are firm after a while. Again, thinking due to my height, the way that my arms are resting might not be the best angle for comfort. Fixed it by getting office chair armrest cushions for $12.The bucket seat is nice - I enjoy the side support, but my husband was not a fan of it since he's a bit larger than me. If you have wide hips/thighs, would recommend the XL version, as I'm fairly small and was already touching the bucket sides. Husband said it was painful for him after 5 minutes.The weight capacity is supposedly 330lbs but some stress tests I've come across say that it's closer to 290-300 so be advised of that.Very comfy and has great back support. The pillows are nice but I found myself being more comfortable by removing them frequently and just adjusting the recline on the chair.Very sturdy and feels like it is going to last a long time. It weighs a lot so I would recommend moving it to the desired assembly location in pieces rather than trying to haul a giant 55lb box into a room or up some stairs.Overall, very happy.

Estupenda. La comité reacondicionada por 274€. Traía 2 cortes de centímetro y medio en la parte frontal del asiento, hacia abajo del todo. Por lo demás, nueva y comodísima. Gran silla de oficina.

Je ne suis pas un gamer mais un quinqua qui en avait marre de se taper des sciatiques à répétitions à cause de mon activité professionnelle m'obligeant à rester assis trop longtemps à mon bureau assis sur des fauteuils pourtant achetés trop cher au vendeur de meubles du coin.. Bref, je me suis dit, même si je ne joue jamais, peut-être que ces gamers ont raison d'être dithyrambiques sur cette marque de fauteuil pour personnes passant elles aussi trop de temps devant leurs écrans... Et bien, je confirme ! J'ai l'impression d'être assis dans une Mazda MX5 mais à la maison ! C'est ferme sans être trop ferme, c'est ajustable quasi au millimètre, ça roule sur mon sol comme des patins à glace et pour l'instant, je le préfère sans le coussin dorsal. On verra à l'usage... Je reviendrai peut-être modifier mon commentaire dans quelques temps si tout ça vieillissait mal ou, si, d'aventure, ce fauteuil s'avérait moins confortable ou pratique à l'avenir... En ce qui concerne les accoudoirs, le fait de pouvoir en faire ce qu'on en veut me permet de passer une partie du fauteuil sous mon bureau et pas l'autre. Visuellement, c'est étrange, mais monstrueusement pratique !
