I found these very interesting! There's a light crunchy sugar coating on the outside and the inside is like a soft jelly bean. The flavors are unique which is why I bought this one. I saw some reviews about the flavors and I don't understand at all.... I got no soapy flavor and these definitely taste like what the chart says, plenty of flavor. There is a flavor or two that are sweet, but if you take your time and don't eat huge chunks at a time it's fine. The lychee flavor might not be right for everyone since it can be a bit perfumy tasting in general (not just these candies). As for the price, I did think they were pricey at first. Once I actually looked into the story about the small business and looked at the history of the type of candy, I changed my mind. Be warned that getting them seems to take some time and mine arrived about 7-10 days after I ordered them. They arrived just fine in the heat too

Never thought I would find candy my son didn’t like. Guess there is a first time for everything. So I finally caved and bought these overpriced candies after my son and kept seeing the ads for them. I will say it is probably an acquired taste that is not for us. The flavors were mild to nonexistent. The crunch is definitely there but the texture of the candy is off putting. It was like bitting in to orbeez. Between the texture and the taste it’s a big no for us.

I was uncertain about this order but it’s so much better than expected! It’s a product from a small business, and they did a wonderful job packaging it with care and love. They even included the sour glitter powder for FREE, which could be added to the candy if you’d like a more sour flavor. I loved the texture of these candies which is why they’re TikTok famous. They are crunchy on the outside and jelly on the inside. It’s such a unique and interesting texture and is perfect for a fun snack tasting activity with friends! If you don’t like crunchy candy, these won’t be for you! I loved the appearance of the candies and we all agreed that they really did look like beautiful crystals. I will say that some of the flavors were stronger than others, with some being almost too mild. I think the flavors lean more Asian than some people might be used to with flavors included like yuzu and lychee. I personally loved those flavors the best! People might view the price as high for what it is, but this price seems absolutely called for with such a unique difficult-to-create dessert item that takes effort to create by a small business. I see it at worth the price if you go into it knowing what you’ll get!

This is the most horrible thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life 🤮 it tastes disgusting! Plus is very expensive! Definitely not worth it! And believe me I’m not a picky person but this is horrible

I waited for 2 weeks to get this in the mail. The flavor is ok but the texture is like chewing on solidified slime. Super weird. Hoping if we chill it in the fridge the texture will be less cringy.

My daughter loved most of all of them except the apple cinnamon it also kinda absorbed the flavors of others. We didn’t get pineapple or zuzu and she was really wanting to try all of them. Quality was good and appearance was okay we had to taste before we really knew what one was what excepts the blue ones. Overall it was good and she is happy

I have been DYING to try these candies after seeing them all over my tik tok but never had the chance to get them until now. Let me tell you they are delicious and the sour pixie dust is so fun. There aren't that many in the container but the size for each candy is pretty decent. They also just look so pretty. As a little warning though, the taste for some are pretty subtle and the texture may be not everyone's preferred kind for their candies. Also sadly I ate them all before i could get any really good pictures.

Never tried crystal candy before this. NY kids have been seeing the trend all over tiktok and fb and IG. Suddenly they started talking about Silky Gem. So I caved and paid the ridiculous amount for this small container. 1st of all, the price, outrageous. 2nd, the texture and crunch of the candy I will give a 10/10. 3rd, the flavor lacks. I couldn't really taste much flavor of anything and it wasn't really sweet... like it was just like eating a hint of sugar crunchy gel. I think it could be executed better. They did give a sample of the sour glitter dust, that was actually pretty good and tasty. So thanks! Would I buy this again? Absolutely not. Would I try other products? Possibly, if the price is reasonable. I think people are just overcharging for things anymore.
