This is very powerful stuff!! I suggest taking only a half of one pill when starting,in order to get used to the effects. I actually took the prescribed dose in the beginning and I ended up not sleeping,heart palpitations ,nausea, headaches, but I masturbated 7 times in one day, I guess that was the bonus. I personally still recommend this product, just be careful with the dose.

I am giving it five stars because this stuff is extremely potent. You will definitely feel it working about 15 minutes after taking it. Unfortunately for me, it is too strong to bare. I could not handle the jittery feeling, the increased body heat, blood shot eyes, and the upset stomach that came with ONLY ONE DOSE ( 2 capsules).

I thought I had the flu... . I must have been in the bathroom 30 times in 24 hours. After 2 days it subsided...what I thought was the flu...and I took another dose. This stuff is horrible. BEWARE...

For decades I've regularly used both yohimbe bark extracts and pure 99% bulk yohimbine powder (up to 30mg of the pure at a time - the "5mg yohimbine" capsules hardly have any effect at all on me, and nearly all the powder in those capsules is nothing but filler). So I have experience and have developed something of a tolerance. But of all the bark extracts I've used, this stuff is much more potent! Being always cautious when trying these products, I took only half of one capsule (the 'serving size' on the bottle is two capsules, which might land some guys in the ER). Wow, half a capsule really packed a punch. Yohimbe extract can have positive sexual effects for men, but if you do too much, the side-effects (raised pulse, jitters etc) can cancel out the pleasurable effects. I would suggest anybody not familiar with this herb start at maybe one-third of a capsule. It can take 30-60 minutes to have an effect, depending on what you have in your stomach, so if you feel nothing at first, give it time. If using on an empty stomach, be even more cautious. If you decide on taking more, increase the amount slowly! Effects can last up to four hours or longer.

I tried it and based on reviews. It's pretty strong stuff. I haven't worked up the courage to try a full capsule. I'm using a different brand that I don't feel any effects from it as compared to the one.

I feel compelled to do this review because I think others should know how powerful this stuff really is. I’m doing this not to highlight how well the product works but to warn others about how dangerous a product like this can be especially if you have heart issues!! I’ve taken many products with yohimbe in it and this is by far the most potent to date! I’m sure it works really well if dosed properly but be warned: if too much is taken, it can feel like you are about to die, the heartrate can go thru the roof and will have you feeling like you have to go to the hospital!! I seen others here suggested taking half a pill, i would throw even more caution and say take only 1/4 of a pill and see how that goes. Do not take 2 pills!!!! I can’t stress that enough this stuff is serious and im in my late twenties!!! It will work as intended but the 2 pill dosage is just too much!! but gotta take low doses!! I can’t see my self exceeding 1 pill to be completely honest!!!

I ordered this product regularly for my husband and I to take it helps with energy during the day!
