Definitely a great quality.
So much better for me than oxide. Better than others I tried as I noticed normal bowel and not upsetting my tummy as others with bad absorption.

Great quality supplements
I will always recommend this brand. They do third party testing and make their products with quality ingredients. I know this because I have nutritional testing every 6 months. The second time I got tested, the only things I wasn't deficient in were things I was taking in this brand. Ive since switched all my supplements to this brand and all my tests are coming back great.
