The Coco's very good. It has deep rich flavor, mixes well and bakes great. The only drawback is the packaging but if you save half the price by not having a tin it's well worth it.

Looking to upgrade my brownies I went with highest cocoa content I could find for a reasonable price. This cocoa was perfect and made a huge difference in the richness of the brownies. Highly recommend!

This is really good cocoa powder. I highly recommend it! I used to make crazy cake and hot cocoa mixes and the cocoa flavor is very fresh and pungent. When you open the bag, it smells heavenly.

09/27/2025 This is my first time trying this brand of cocoa powder and so far I have no complaints! I’ve used this Dutch-process cocoa powder in 2 different recipes and they came out just fine. One had to be mixed with water and the other in melted butter. This cocoa powder mixed beautifully in both and wasn’t clumpy at all. The color of this cocoa powder is pretty similar to “regular” cocoa powders (see pic compared to the black cocoa powder). The flavor was great in making a chocolate cake & chocolate buttercream. It smells richer than others so I’m hoping that’s a sign for better quality. I do wish it was cheaper for this size bag you get since I had to use a lot of this (compared to using only a little bit of the black cocoa powder) but I’m still happy with it.

This cocoa powder is amazing and very high-quality! The brownies I make with it are so rich and fudgy. I will be researching other ways to use this cocoa powder! The only drawback is the high price. I wouldn't use it all the time due to that, but great for those extra-special treats!
