The best Smart Ring with No subscriptions
I’ve been using the RingConn Gen 2 for about six months now, and I absolutely love it. The features are fantastic, and the app is super intuitive and easy to use on a daily basis. The sleep tracking is especially impressive, and the wide range of body metrics it provides has been incredibly helpful for understanding how my body is doing overall. I also really appreciate how frequently the developers update the app and continue to add and improve features. I wear the ring every single day, including at work, and it still looks brand new with no scratches at all. The battery life lasts exactly as advertised, and charging is incredibly fast, making it effortless to keep it ready to go. Highly recommended!

I love it so far!
Just got my RingConn 2, and so far, I’m really impressed! I went with the gold, and it’s a gorgeous color that matches my other jewelry perfectly. The ring fits snugly and comfortably—I got a size 9 for my index finger. I also really like the portable charging case; it’s sturdy and convenient. I charge it while I shower, and it’s ready by the time I’m done. I’ve only let it get down to about 70%, so I can’t say how long it would take from a completely dead battery. The app is super user-friendly, and I love the sleep tracking feature—it seems accurate, and I look forward to checking my sleep score each morning. I haven’t compared steps or other metrics to my Apple Watch yet, but I plan to and will update my review later regarding accuracy. No scratches yet, but it’s new, so I’ll see how it holds up over time. From what I’ve seen from other users, I’m fully expecting some wear and tear eventually. What I really like: no subscription required, sleek design, and easy daily use. So far, it feels like a solid investment for anyone looking for a smart ring that’s both functional and stylish.

Great ring, yes it's a little pricey, but it works like it is supposed to!
I first tried a cheap smart ring ($60), and while the hardware was somewhat impressive, the app was junk: not specific to the particular ring. This RingConn ring, and app, however, are the real deal! The ring is well made, its inside surface is made so that it tends to stay in place on your finger without rotating around over time. The charge lasts a very long time, and so far after about a month, the ring still works and charges perfectly. The titanium exterior apparently really does resist scratches, because mine still looks new and I wear it 24/7, except for charging. I swim daily, and wear the ring without issues, it really is waterproof. Too bad it does not have a dedicated tracker for swimming (you have to edit that into the app data after the swim session), but I also use it for walking in our neighborhood, and that dedicated function tracks accurately, in tandem with Google Maps, to show the route you walked. Sleep data is fairly accurate, though it finds REM during some of the time I was awake, which is not correct. It also has twice counted time in my recliner watching TV (before going to bed) as if I had gone to bed, but that data can be easily edited the next morning if necessary. Sleep apnea tracking is a nice touch, it says I probably have mild apnea, which is correct (it would be worse if I did not tape my mouth at night!). Vital signs seem to be accurate, it detects periods of exertion when you are working your body hard. The heart rate is correct even when the ring is wet, which was not the case with my previous cheapie. The "stress" measurement must be based on the HRV value, not sure if that is really helpful for me. I purchased a size 13 after trying sizes in the sizing kit--don't skip that step, because this ring has an unusual inner surface and you need to make sure to get a size that works on your fingers. Turns out that 13 is a handy size for me, because I can wear the ring on a choice of 3 different fingers, meaning I can switch hands when I need to. According to the AI in the app, the ring finger doesn't make any difference. Just keep in mind that none of these smart rings, including the Oura, are medical devices--that is, they are not directly measuring most of the information that they display. Instead, these readings are calculated using complex algorithms based on data obtained by the sensors in the ring, so they are really estimates and should be viewed over time, to see trends. Some readings are more accurate than others, like heart rate is more directly measured than REM, for instance. There's certainly room for improvement, but all in all, this is a good product!

great data okay app no detail export
I really like the data this ring gives me. I deducted a star for the app. The app doesn't distinguish or allow you to edit for overnight wake ups and keeps overwriting the wake up time it does let me edit. there is no detailed data export so that's also not the greatest. overall. having this for only a few weeks I'm very happy with it. and glad it works without a subscription. on pure aesthetics. I like the way the silver looks on my finger. The ring is very light. not sure about durability yet but hopeful I get a few years out of it.

Great alternative to smartwatch
Very happy with the ring so far. I was looking to transition away from an Apple Watch. The ring gives even more health data and I can go back to wearing actual watches. I have large hands and appreciated the sizing kit so I could try out different sizes on different fingers before buying. The sleep data was way off at first, thinking I was sleeping way longer than I actually was but I was able to manually edit the start time and it seemed to sense properly after that. Held charge for more than a week and recharged in less than an hour. Love the stress data. I am worried about it scratching based on other reviews and have not found a good solution for protection that is not bulky and is durable.

Great Health Tracker!!
I absolutely love this ring! It checks every box for me at a much better price point than competitors. The slimmer band is a huge plus — it’s more comfortable than others I’ve tried and easy to wear 24/7 without even noticing it’s there. The charging case/carrying case is honestly a major win. I much prefer it over a traditional charging stand. With cats in the house, a stand would’ve lasted about five minutes before becoming a toy. Being able to safely tuck it away and only charge it for about 30 minutes every 11–12 days is super convenient. I’ve definitely put it to the test — worn it straight for nearly 2.5 weeks through gym sessions, cooking, cleaning, sleeping, showering, and even wood projects. It’s held up great. I really love the features and the health data it tracks — it’s been insightful and motivating. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase! Also a HUGE plus is the charging case stores additional hours to charge the ring so if I’m out of the house and it ever need a charge it’s as easy as popping it in the case and then in my purse and grabbing it 30 minutes later!!!

Needs charging every week now
My RingConn has been working great for the past year. I purchased it in January 2025. This month, February 2026, the ring has needed to be charged every seven days. It used to go for at least 3 to 4 weeks between charges. I’m a bit disappointed that it only lasted a year before failing. Before that it worked great, gave me excellent info for my help and sleep patterns. The color was beautiful and I thought it was a good value for the money, until this past month. For $300 I would expect it to last a bit more than a year. Disappointed to say the least.

Had high hopes for this ring.
After giving this smart ring a good chance I’ve decided to return. After doing a lot of research comparing competitors I really thought I made the best choice. This ring needing no subscriptions was a huge plus and the battery able to last up to 12 days, amazing. I wore thing ring for about a month, 24/7. Great gold color, durable. Easily to turn on/install. Was easy to get used to on my hand and the battery did last a long time. Charging case is sturdy and holds a charge itself. So if you go on a trip you only need the case, no cords. When it comes to the main reasons I wanted a smart ring, get to know my body better, track my stress and most importantly monthly cycle. While wearing the ring I found out I was pregnant. I let the ring know I was no longer trying to conceive and the ring basically told me “we’ll see ya in 9 months” I was shocked it wasn’t going to offer any information for my pregnancy journey. Not even a weekly update. Huge let down. I still wanted to keep wearing the ring and utilizing other benefits. Today, I fainted. Literally passed out. The ring had NO IDEA. Didn’t warm me something was off and after had no recollection of it happening at all. I’m returning the ring.
