My Go-to, just as good as any other creatine and at a great value. Just mix it with your pre or smthn and it’s fine, otherwise tastes like chalk. Dissolves well.

Effectiveness? It works just as well as other creatines I’ve used in the past. I don’t mega-dose — just a single scoop post-workout — and that’s more than enough for my needs. Now, let’s talk taste. This stuff is unflavored — and I mean that in the most brutally honest way. It tastes like... yak sweat? Let’s just say you don’t want to take this solo. Mixed into a protein shake or juice? Totally fine. But by itself? You’ll find yourself questioning some life choices. It mixes fairly well, but I do occasionally get small sesame-seed-sized “nuggets” that I end up chewing — not ideal, but not a dealbreaker. A shaker bottle or blender helps reduce that. I have been using this creatine for years now and its great. No taste, dissolves quickly, really no complaints at all. Results are practically immediate with water retention and strength max output in the gym and rock climbing. Very useful in large doses if I am under slept. There is new data emerging that creatine is useful for sleep deprivation and I can tell you that my mental alertness is as if I have gotten great sleep every time I take this. I take 5 grams per day minimum and 10-15 grams on days I didn't get as much rest as I should have.

Can't rate effectiveness yet, but came on time and intact. Only problem was finding the scoop, which was buried well down in the container. Seems to be the most economical way to buy the supplement

What is there really to say? If it is good creatine it will look correct, it will taste like it should, and the results should be perceptible. Other than that you can look at a company and its policies on transparency. Though not always sourced here in the US, Naturebell has always been very transparent about their testing and COA’s. As a weightlifter and athlete for 20 years I can say that I will buy this creatine again, highly recommend

I'm 74 and exercise five days a week and watch my diet. Many nutrition videos state this should be added to the diet. I have been taking it at the recommended dose for about a month now. It seems to improve my ability to exercise longer and harder. It dissolves readily in my morning coffee along with my collagen peptides and diatomaceous earth. I'm trying to stay healthy and viable through my declining years, and improve my balance while maintaining my muscle mass and bone health Slow and steady wins the race and I'm in it for the long haul.
