Crunchy. Medium hard. Creamy. Well packaged. Definitely would recommend and will continue to buy. Yes it is a little more expensive than the others but definitely worth it.

Nice taste but too hard to be considered edible. It felt like have pieces of rock in your mouth. Probably great for writing because it would be low dust, but for those of us looking for edible earth it's not a good choice

it was hard but easy breakable by hand. It doesn't have smell that it should have after wetting. It can cause internal bleeding and blockage if someone eat it. It doesn't dissolve in mouth so can't say creamy. It can sure damage teeth. I did throw it out.
