This waist trainer holds me in real good I’m 5’6’ and 175 pounds I ordered a size large and I can get in the first row of the hooks which I love because the more stomach fat I lose I can go to the 2nd and 3rd row of hooks for a even tighter snatch. It’s long enough for me I received it today and I have it on for 6 hours now and it’s so comfortable I might just sleep with it on. If you are able to hook all the hooks from bottom to top you should be able to zip the zipper as well I did have to lay across my bed to get it zipped all the way up it’s snatched but nowhere near uncomfortable great buy and price. Even helps support my back where I have arthritis in my lower back. Coverage is great as well.
